At The Sol Club, we want you to feel good in what you wear. Every piece is made with care, and if something arrives wrong, damaged, or defective, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Because our products are made-to-order, we currently offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect items received

• Damaged products

• Defective products or printing issues

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@thesolclub.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the item if applicable.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change-of-mind purchases once an order has been processed.
